Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Aether

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Aether mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Aether is an entertainment and spiritual guidance application that provides:

• Tarot card readings
• Coffee cup readings (tasseography)
• Dream interpretations
• Daily and weekly horoscopes
• Birth chart analysis
• Compatibility readings

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Aether. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

4. User Account and Data

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information you provide
• All personal data is stored locally on your device
• You can delete all your data at any time by deleting the App
• We do not create user accounts or require registration

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Premium Subscription

Aether offers optional premium subscriptions that provide enhanced features:

• Monthly Plan: $9.99/month with 2,000 energy credits
• Yearly Plan: $99.99/year with 2,000 energy credits per month

5.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period
• Refund requests should be directed to Apple as per their refund policy

6. Energy System

Aether uses an "energy" system for readings:

• Free users receive limited daily energy
• Premium subscribers receive 2,000 energy credits monthly
• Energy credits do not roll over between periods
• Additional energy packs may be available for purchase

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Circumvent any security features or usage limitations
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Share or distribute copyrighted content from the App

8. Intellectual Property

All content in Aether, including but not limited to:

• Card designs and artwork
• AI-generated interpretations
• User interface designs
• Persona characters and personalities
• App icons, logos, and branding

are the exclusive property of Aether and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of any readings or interpretations
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Results obtained from using the App

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AETHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Damages resulting from reliance on readings or interpretations
• Any amount exceeding the fees paid by you in the past 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aether, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
